The visitor travels on a road of discovery and unfolding beauty, leading from the signature entrance gate with adjacent olive grove, uphill past the white fenced green pastures of the horse paddocks, the landmark arena building, going along the vineyards, all the while accompanied by the tree avenue and landscaped swale, reaching the “summit” at the restaurant.

The building is arranged in a rectangular plan form along the length of the dam. The upper level houses the restaurant and function hall, with the restaurant show kitchen and function hall prep kitchen, positioned in the middle between these two spaces
